Who we are

INVENIO LUXURY is a private brokerage. We act as data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

What we collect

Name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, country, the details of your mandate (asset requirements or asset information, budgets, timescales), files you upload, payment references from Stripe (we never store card details) and essential technical data.

Why we use it

To deliver the brokerage service you instruct (contract), to meet legal obligations, and — only where you separately opt in — to send occasional updates (consent).

Automation

We may use automated tools, including AI, to help search and match mandates. Sensitive outreach, negotiation and transaction steps can be subject to human review. Automated tools are never permitted to invent matches, prices or verification results.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to progress your mandate (for example with a counterparty once you agree), with service providers such as payment and hosting providers, or where required by law. Anonymised buyer requirements may be shown on our Network page; names and contact details are never published.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA we use appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep mandate data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing info@invenioluxury.com.
