These Website Terms govern general use of this website. They are separate from the Brokerage Terms, which govern a paid INVENIO brokerage instruction.

1. About INVENIO

This website is operated by INVENIO LUXURY.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the INVENIO website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Website Terms. Where you activate a paid INVENIO instruction, the separate Brokerage Terms also apply. Where an issue specifically concerns the brokerage relationship, the Brokerage Terms accepted for that instruction govern that relationship, subject to applicable law.

3. Website purpose

INVENIO provides private sourcing, introduction, matching and brokerage services relating to exceptional assets. Current categories may include:

• prestige and performance vehicles
• collector and classic vehicles
• yachts and marine assets
• premium and specialist motorhomes
• other assets accepted by INVENIO

The website may allow visitors to submit acquisition requirements, submit assets for sale, activate mandates, contact INVENIO, view anonymised active requirements, pay instruction fees and access legal information.

4. Not a marketplace

INVENIO is not a conventional public marketplace. Website content does not automatically constitute:

• an offer to sell or an offer to purchase
• confirmation that INVENIO owns an asset
• confirmation that an asset is available
• confirmation that INVENIO has authority to sell an asset
• a guarantee of any transaction

5. Our Network

The Network page may display anonymised, genuine buyer requirements. It never publicly exposes a client's name, email, telephone, WhatsApp, private address, payment information, identity information or private documents. INVENIO does not fabricate buyers, sellers, mandates, transactions, statistics or demand. Displayed requirements do not guarantee completion or continued availability.

6. Imagery

Unless expressly stated otherwise, website imagery is illustrative. It does not necessarily represent assets owned by INVENIO, assets currently for sale, assets under instruction or assets previously sold. Third-party marques, models or trademarks may appear for identification or illustrative purposes; their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership or sponsorship.

7. Third-party trademarks

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of INVENIO.

8. Accuracy

INVENIO aims to keep website information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that all general website content is complete, error-free, continuously available or current. Transaction-specific information should be appropriately verified before reliance.

9. No guarantees

INVENIO does not guarantee that a buyer or asset will be found, that a transaction will complete, that an offer will be made or accepted, or any particular valuation, price, saving, investment return or timescale.

10. No professional advice

General website information does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulated financial, insurance, mechanical or surveying advice. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

11. Brokerage instructions

Paid instructions are governed by the Brokerage Terms. They contain important provisions concerning the Private Instruction Fee, the 1% Success Fee, introductions, due diligence, buyer and seller responsibilities, cancellation, refunds and international transactions.

12. Payments

The applicable price and currency are shown before payment. Payments are processed by an independent secure payment provider; INVENIO does not store your full card details. Brokerage payments remain governed by the Brokerage Terms.

13. User content

You must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, malicious, defamatory or infringing information or material. You must have the right or authority to upload any photos or documents you provide.

14. Private uploads

Photos and documents supplied privately do not become publicly accessible merely because they were uploaded. The Privacy Policy applies.

15. Permitted use

You must not deliberately:

• attack the website or introduce malware
• bypass authentication or circumvent security controls
• access another client's information
• interfere with payment security
• submit fraudulent mandates or payments
• scrape protected or private information
• impersonate another person
• use the website unlawfully

16. Availability

INVENIO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work, hosting or third-party failures and circumstances outside reasonable control may cause interruptions.

17. Third-party services

The website may link to or use third-party services. A link does not mean INVENIO endorses that third party.

18. Intellectual property

Original INVENIO branding, copy, graphics, layout, software elements, databases and materials are owned by or licensed to INVENIO as applicable. Third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners.

Personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

See the Cookie Policy. Non-essential marketing and advertising technologies are used only with your consent, and you can reopen Cookie Settings at any time from the website footer.

INVENIO may use software, automation and artificial intelligence to support searching, matching, administration, communications and internal workflows. Automated output is not professional advice or a guarantee of suitability. Important transaction decisions remain subject to appropriate human and client involvement.

22. Liability

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Website Terms restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Paid brokerage instructions are subject to the separate Brokerage Terms.

24. Changes

The website, its content and these Website Terms may change. Changes to these Website Terms do not rewrite Brokerage Terms already accepted for an existing instruction where that would be unlawful.

25. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.

26. Governing law

These Website Terms are drafted on the basis of the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to consumers in other jurisdictions.
